David Morales
New York-based DJ and producer David Morales helped shape the sound of classic vocal house and piano-driven club music. He co-founded Def Mix Productions alongside Frankie Knuckles and later established his own label, Diridim, in 2018. He released "Needin' U" in 1998 under the alias David Morales presents The Face, which became a global club hit. Beyond his original productions, he is a prolific remixer who has reworked tracks for major pop artists and won a Grammy Award in 1998.
